Terms of Trade
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website therefore, should you desire, please save or print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement email you will/have receive for your own records. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Orders for next day dispatch are taken until midnight Scotland time. Domestic deliveries are performed through Royal Mail Post and are sent the next working day. Delivery period fluctuates depending on your location however we expect delivery completion in Great Britain within 3 working days. European deliveries may take up to 7 working days. Retail and Commercial delivery charges and times are provided in good faith and are correct more than 99% of the time however should be considered estimates. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays caused by peak periods, weather and natural disasters are inevitable. divotEND shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to clients on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.
All prices are shown in £ pound sterling and, where specified, include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Smart Mat is extremely resilient and will last more than 30 games if product care guidelines are adhered to. If purchased directly from divotEND Scotland Ltd we will replace your Smart Mat if, under normal use circumstances, if it breaks within 30 days of date of delivery. The item along with the purchase order number or receipt need be returned to our offices where authenticity, age and cause of breakage will be determined. If product care guidelines have been adhered to and the Smart Mat is deemed by us to be faulty we will immediately send a replacement Smart Mat.
We will refund your purchase and delivery costs if:
You cancel within 14 days after the date of (first attempted) delivery.
The item is posted back to divotEND Scotland’s offices (Royal Mail 2nd Class at our cost).
The item is unused and in its original condition.
Refund or replacement will occur within 7 working days of a satisfactory claim conclusion.
